Q: What is this site?
A: Maple-Records.com lets you lookup someones abusive profile on Maplestory to see if other users have seen them hacking, scamming or simply being rude. Users can even file a report if they've seen an abusive person.

Maple-Records.com also serves as a hacker monitoring website. Users can what hacker has the highest level, how many known hackers there are and how many known hackers have been banned.

This may even prove to be a useful tool for Nexon someday since all hacker reports come with screenshots!

Q: Things are REALLY slow, information on lookups and signatures are not displayed properly!

A: Please make sure that all the below ticks are green. If they are not then you may have problems accessing some areas of the site.

Q: What are these medals/awards on my signature?

A: Below is a list of all medals and awards which you can earn:

Medals:

- Oldest signature that it still active

Awards:

- Highest amount of signature views in 1 day
- Highest amount of signature views in 7 days
- Highest amount of signature views compared to all other signatures

Each colour medal/award (Gold, Silver and Bronze) respectively compares your ranking compared to other prize holders. For example, first, second and third.

Q: I had a medal but it then disappeared! Unlike other awards, a medal can only be held by up to 3 people with active signatures at any given time. For example, if an older signature becomes active again then you'll lose this medal. A signature may become active when it has received at least 1 view every 24 hours.

Q: How come you don't support other Maplestory versions like Maplestory Korea, Maplestory Japan, Maplestory Thailand, etc?
A: Unfortunately I do not support those versions because no one uses this website from those regions.
